Some Liverpool fans on social media have been reacting after it was reported that they’ve contacted the agent of Domenico Berardi ahead of a potential summer transfer.
The Italian has been linked with a move to Anfield this summer, and it seems as though the Reds are now keen to move things forward on that front, reportedly getting in touch with his representatives about a potential move.
As you can imagine, Liverpool fans had plenty to say about this news, and there was something of a mixed reaction amongst the fanbase.
Indeed, some fans were buzzing to hear that Berardi could be coming in, while others weren’t so keen on the idea of signing the Italian.
Both sets of fans have a point. On one hand, Liverpool probably don’t need to spend big on a winger with Sadio Mane, Mo Salah and Diogo Jota already at the club, but then again, Berardi is a talented player who would be an asset for any side.
