The eighteen-year-old has agreed a contract extension with Aston Villa, the club he has been at since the age of nine.
Aston Villa have announced that young attacking talent Rushian Hepburn-Murphy has agreed a new deal, committing to a contract for three and a half years.
The 18-year-old has long been considered a potential star, since emerging from the academy ranks and making his first-team debut at just 16-years-old in the Premier League.
Aston Villa manager Steve Bruce could be set to give Hepburn-Murphy more first team chances
However, the striker has found senior football hard to come by this season in the Championship, with just two brief appearances from the substitutes bench – the most recent of which came in the defeat to Cardiff at the start of the year.

That had led to speculation about his future, with the Mail reporting back in November that Rangers boss Mark Warburton could be interested in taking him to Ibrox.
That is not to be though, and the youngster will now look to push on and make an impact as part of Bruce’s struggling squad.
“We’re delighted to see Rushian sign this new deal,” Bruce told the Villa website of Hepburn-Murphy, who has been at Villa since he was nine.
“Rushian is highly thought of at this football club and I believe he has a bright future in the game.
“He needs to get his head down now, work hard in training – and the opportunities will come.

“Andre Green has been given a chance over the past few weeks and I believe in Rushian’s qualities too. He can be an important player for us.”
Villa supporters took to Twitter to have their say on the news, and it is fair to say the news was well received:
