A reported Leeds United target in the form of Adama Traore really impressed for Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday.
Wolves drew 1-1 with Stoke City in a pre-season friendly.
And with Raul Jimenez on the scoresheet for Wanderers, obviously that’s going to get most headlines after his horror head injury last year.
But the Leeds-linked star showcased his frightening talent with a series of pulsating runs.
According to journalist Duncan Castles, Leeds have actually bid for the Spain international, rated at £30 million.
Here’s how some Wolves fans reacted to his performance on Saturday:
Are Leeds signing him?
Well, probably not.
Traore, who is also linked to Liverpool, can be an absolute monster of a player on his day and no doubt that Marcelo Bielsa could get the best out of him.
But for £30 million, it isn’t worth it for Leeds.
Remember, this is a player with only seven Premier League goals during his three-year spell at Molineux, underlining that despite his speed and power, end product is a big problem.
