Gabby Agbonlahor says he loved Jamie Vardy and James Maddison’s ‘shushing’ the Leeds United supporters during their 1-1 draw against Leicester City on Tuesday night.

Coming off the bench, Jamie Vardy scored a crucial 80th-minute equaliser against Javi Gracia’s Leeds United, with James Maddison supplying the assist.

With over 100 Premier League goals to his name, the man leading Leicester’s line has always loved celebrating in front of the opposition fans.

Well, he was sure to do the same when he was wheeling away at Elland Road in his side’s fight to survive.

And Agbonlahor shared that he watched it back a few times when watching, both Vardy and Maddison, giving it to the Leeds fans, as he told talkSPORT.

“I loved his celebration,” said Agbonlahor. “I actually stopped and started it three times.

“Maddison was shushing the fans. Vardy was shushing the fans. They had all celebrated, then Maddison come over for more to shush the Leeds fans even more.

“That’s what I miss about football, when you celebrate in front of the home fans when you score, it’s unbelievable.”

CRUCIAL POINT OR POINTS DROPPED?

Given that Dean Smith’s side were playing away from home, they were a goal down and it was a late goal scored.

Then, from their perspective, it’s a point gained in their quest to avoid dropping down to the Championship.

But for Leeds, it will feel like points dropped, especially given that they conceded 11 goals from their previous two home games.
