Billy Dodds hailed Tom Rogic on BBC Sportsound (15/12, 21:44) for the Celtic midfielder’s assist to create Anthony Ralston’s dramatic winner away to Ross County on Wednesday.
Ange Postecoglou’s 10-man Bhoys left it until the 97th-minute to secure all three-points at Victoria Park. Liel Abada put the Parkhead natives ahead midway through the first-half, but Jack Baldwin pulled the Staggies level before Carl Starfelt earned a 79th-minute red card.
Celtic were dealing with a raft of injuries for the Premiership affair, which forced Abada to feature at striker. Yet despite the Israel winger scoring, the Hoops seemed set to slip to six-points behind Rangers, who beat St Johnstone.

But Rogic and Ralston would have the last say when they combined to restore Celtic’s lead at the death. Rogic lifted an inviting ball into the Ross County area for the full-back to meet. And Ralston made no mistake, as he popped up at the back post in the final minute.
Dodds loved Rogic pass for Ralston goal
Ralston’s goal at Ross County sparked delirium among the travelling Celtic fans, yet Dodds hailed Rogic’s assist. The former Scotland striker lauded the £400k midfielder for providing an inviting cross, which could carry vital significance throughout the remainder of the term.
“Tom Rogic, unbelievable,” Dodds said. “You’re desperate, you’re down to 10-men and he dinks that ball in on his weaker foot. It’s a massive goal in this game, and in the season.”

Rogic has now been involved in a goal during each of Celtic’s last three Premiership fixtures after assisting Ralston at Ross County. The Australia international had scored in their wins over Dundee United and Motherwell before travelling to Victoria Park on Wednesday.
His cross would also have likely been the last telling touch of the game, had he not found Ralston. Instead, it saw the Hoops snatch the win and stay within four-points of Rangers at the top of the Premiership.
