Rangers have been linked with midfielder Umaro Balde.

Rangers returned to start their pre-season training today, with Steven Gerrard welcoming his new signings into the mix ahead of the new season.
The Gers have brought in Jordan Jones, Jake Hastie and Greg Stewart, whilst Steven Davis has signed permanently after a strong end to his loan spell last season.
Not only were some new faces in training, but even some Rangers targets were spotted, as Liverpool winger Sheyi Ojo was spotted arriving at the training ground as he nears a loan move to Ibrox.
Intriguingly, there was another transfer target seen driving to training, with SNS Group posting a photo of midfielder Umaro Balde, suggesting his move is drawing closer.
Rangers have been linked with the 16-year-old for weeks now, and Record reported earlier this month that Balde has rejected a stay at Sporting in order to sign a two-year deal with the Gers.

Rangers fans have been waiting to hear confirmation that the teenager has signed for Rangers, but today’s photo means that his arrival should be confirmed imminently.
Born in Guinea Bissau, Balde has earned five caps for the Portugal Under-15’s, and will seemingly join the Rangers youth ranks in an attempt to kickstart his career in Scotland.
