Fabrizio Romano has told CaughtOffside that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta could use two or three more players from the Gunners academy for the first team in the coming months after Ethan Nwaneri.
Arsenal manager Arteta gave a first-team debut to Nwaneri against Brentford in the Premier League at the weekend.
The 15-year-old midfielder came on as a substitute late in the London derby.
Well-known and well-respected journalist Romano has said that Arsenal have two or three more talents from the academy ready to feature in the first team in the coming months.

Romano told CaughtOffside: “What a moment it was for Ethan Nwaneri and Arsenal this weekend! The 15-year-old made history by becoming the youngest ever player in the Premier League, and it’s a testament to the Gunners’ academy.
“It’s pretty clear Arsenal are doing a fantastic job with young players. The academy is excellent, they’re very good in the scouting system but also in how they present their long-term project to players and their parents.
“It’s just the beginning – they have at least two or three talents ready to shine in the next months, but it will take some time and they prefer to keep names quiet as they don’t want to put too much expectation on these young kids.”

In our view, Fabrizio Romano’s inside information about the Arsenal academy is very exciting for the Gunners.
We know that Arsenal have a very talented and promising young first-team squad, and the emergence of Nwaneri shows that there is a lot of talent in the youth sides as well.
Now, of course, Arsenal need to be careful on how they use their academy players, and Arteta has to find the exact moment to hand them their debut in the Premier League or for the first team.
However, we think that Arteta is astute enough to do that.
