Fabrizio Romano has said on Twitter that the future of Bryan Gil at Tottenham Hotspur depends on whether or not Spurs are able to sign Adama Traore from Wolverhampton Wanderers in the January transfer window.
The well-known and well-respected journalist has reported on the social networking site that Valencia have spoken to Tottenham about signing winger Gil on loan in the January transfer window until the end of the season.
Real Sociedad and Nice are also interested in the 20-year-old Spain international winger.
Romano has added that Tottenham have not decided on the future of Gil, and that it could depend on whether or not Traore joins from Wolves.
Tottenham are reportedly keen on signing Traore from Premier League rivals Wolves in the January transfer window.
Should Bryan Gil leave Tottenham on loan?
In our view, Gil should stay at Tottenham and continue to work with head coach Antonio Conte.

Yes, the former Sevilla winger is struggling for playing time at the moment.
And yes, if Traore joins, then Gil is going to find it ever harder to get into the team.
However, staying at Tottenham would mean that the 20-year-old would get to work with Conte on a regular basis.
That could only help the youngster – who cost Spurs £21.6 million (Sky Sports) – in his quest to become a regular for Tottenham.
Gil has made nine substitute appearances in the Premier League for Tottenham so far this season.
