Frank Lampard has already had his say on Tottenham transfer target, Allan Saint-Maximin, when Everton lost to Newcastle United back in February.
The Everton boss labelled the free-flowing Newcastle winger ‘unplayable’ on Sky Sports and now Tottenham are seemingly keen to sign him up this summer.
Whilst Newcastle have their own long-term plans, with this being their first summer under their new Saudi-led ownership, it could see one of their most popular players leave.
One of their key players, Saint-Maximin is attracting interest from Tottenham, who secured Champions League football for next season.
The experienced Croatian winger Ivan Perisic has already been added to the club’s ranks, but could Saint-Maximin join him in the capital?
Well, one thing is for sure, Lampard was wowed by what he saw from the player when he faced up against him last season.
“Saint-Maximin on a night like this is pretty unplayable at any level of football with the way he plays,” said Lampard.

ANTONIO CONTE COULD GET THE BEST OUT OF SAINT-MAXIMIN
One thing is for sure, when Saint-Maximin is on the ball, everybody knows about it because he is just a pure livewire.
The Frenchman can run with the ball all day long, turn opposition players inside out and produce tricks from David Copperfield’s book of magic.
But, the one issue that has been a problem in his game has been the fact that he lacks end product and decision-making.
If he can take that to the next level, then he would be one of the top players in the league, but that’s where someone like Conte comes into the fray because he can help evaluate Saint-Maximin’s career.
