A report has emerged about Tottenham Hotspur holding an interest in Real Madrid wonderkid Eduardo Camavinga in the hope of a dream transfer.
The 20-year-old reportedly has a release clause worth a whopping £874 million in his contract at the club, who Arsenal aimed to sign on loan, according to the Evening Standard.
While Tottenham Hotspur have found themselves in a precarious position this season, it seems as if they have their sights set on a transfer involving Eduardo Camavinga.
Tottenham interested in Camavinga transfer
The French international is rightly regarded as one of the most highly-rated young players in world football.
Los Blancos boss Carlo Ancelotti described the former Rennes midfielder’s [via MARCA] showing in his side’s 2-0 win against Athletic Bilbao as ‘spectacular’, as he continues to break barriers in the royal white kit.
However, it has been reported by Defensa Central that Tottenham are keen on Eduardo Camavinga donning a different shade of white by agreeing to a transfer to N17 in the summer.
Considering Spurs are in desperate need to bulk their midfield up ahead of the following campaign, the desire to sign Camavinga certainly makes sense.
Whether it is likely is another conversation that must be had.

As incredible as it would be to see Eduardo Camavinga approve of a transfer to Tottenham, it is impossible for all practical purposes.
Carlo Ancelotti said it himself in January, as quoted by MARCA, saying that much like Luka Modric and Toni Kroos, he was an ‘untouchable’ figure in the Spanish capital.
Aside from the player and the club likely having zero interest in the move, how would Spurs even pitch a potential swoop?
Real Madrid remain favourites to retain their Champions League title this season and the starlet is a key component to what is arguably one of, if not the best collection of players in the world; plain and simple.
