Dean Ashton has said on talkSPORT (4:14pm, February 14, 2022) that Harry Kane and Son Heung-min are the only two Tottenham Hotspur players who could get into the West Ham United team at the moment.
The former West Ham striker believes that Tottenham striker Kane and his teammate and South Korea international forward Son are the only two players “who could even dream” of getting into the West Ham starting lineup at the moment.
Ashton said on talkSPORT (4:14pm, February 14, 2022): “Kane and Son are the only two that I would think who could even dream of getting in that team, in West Ham’s team. I am being honest.”
Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham in top-four battle
Tottenham and West Ham are among the clubs in the running for the Premier League top four this season.
Antonio Conte’s Tottenham are eighth in the Premier League table at the moment with 36 points from 22 matches.
Spurs are only five points behind fourth-placed and London rivals West Ham, who have played 25 games.
Manchester United, Arsenal and Wolverhampton Wanderers are the other three teams who are aiming to finish fourth and clinch the final Champions League place.
Now, Spurs are not having a great time at the moment.
Tottenham are losing games and conceding far too many goals for their liking, but the North London club do have matches in hand.
