Chris Sutton has given his take on Twitter and on BBC Radio 5 Live on what a Tottenham Hotspur fan said to him about head coach Antonio Conte.

The former Chelsea striker believes that the comments from the Tottenham fan on Conte are “outrageous”.

As you can follow on this clip below from BBC 606, the Spurs fan said live on radio that he does not rate Conte highly, saying that the former Chelsea and Inter Milan only wants to buy players.

The Tottenham supporter said that he does not have faith in the Italian tactician, adding that he was “winning on luck” when he first took over.

Sutton does not agree with the Tottenham fan, as you can below.

The discussion happened in the wake of Tottenham losing 2-0 to Wolverhampton Wanderers at Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Sunday.

Tottenham Hotspur fans should have faith in Antonio Conte

In our view, Tottenham fans should have faith in Conte, who is a serial winner.

Conte has won league titles with Chelsea, Inter Milan and Juventus.

Now, we are not suggesting that Conte will win the Premier League title with Tottenham anytime soon.

However, if given the tools, then the Italian tactician can certainly make Spurs competitive enough to at least challenge the likes of Liverpool, Manchester City and Chelsea.
