The teenager has signed a contract with Tottenham until 2028.

We believe that Tottenham head coach Ange Postecoglou needs to see Phillips first and then make a decision.
Yes, it is going to be hard for the teenager initially.
After all, he was playing for Blackburn in the Championship last season and now he is at Tottenham, one of the biggest clubs in England who regularly aim to finish in the top four of the Premier League table.
There is no harm in Phillips working with Postecoglou in the first half of the season.
