However, Spurs could face stiff competition from Leicester City, where the youngster is currently on loan at.
The Belgium international joined Leicester on loan from Monaco in the January transfer window, and the youngster has done well for the Foxes.
According to WhoScored, the midfielder has made 11 appearances in the Premier League for the Foxes, scoring three goals and providing four assists in the process.

According to The Telegraph, Tielemans is a priority signing for Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers and could cost up to £40 million if the Foxes cannot negotiate a swap deal with Adrien Silva, who is on loan at Monaco at the moment.
True, Spurs are a bigger club than Leicester and will likely play in the Champions League next season, but familiar surroundings at the King Power Stadium and the chance to play regular first-team football at the Foxes could be decisive factors.
