Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Giovani Lo Celso is ready to leave Spurs and join Juventus in the January transfer window, according to CM.

The Italian news outlet has claimed that Juventus want to sign Lo Celso from Tottenham next month.

Juventus want to secure the services of the Argentina international midfielder on loan with a view to a permanent transfer in the summer of 2022.

Lo Celso is ready to join Juventus on a loan deal, and the Italian club have reportedly made an approach.

What should Tottenham do with Giovani Lo Celso?

In our opinion, Tottenham should keep Lo Celso for the rest of the season and not let him go out on loan in the January transfer window.

With Premier League clubs having COVID-19 issues, squad depth is hugely important now.

And Lo Celso does make the Tottenham squad better.

So, we do not think that Spurs head coach Antonio Conte should sanction a loan move.

There is absolutely no benefit for Tottenham.

Now, we know about the £27.2 million (BBC Sport) midfielder’s injury problems at Spurs.

The 25-year-old midfielder has scored one goal in 53 Premier League appearances for Tottenham so far in his career.

However, Tottenham need a big squad and should not let Lo Celso leave on loan.
