Former Tottenham Hotspur attacking midfielder Christian Eriksen could soon be playing for one of Spurs’ rivals in the Premier League, according to The Times.
The Times have reported that Eriksen has offers from a number of clubs in the Premier League and hopes to join one of them this week.
Eriksen is a free agent at the moment, having been released by Inter Milan last month.
Tottenham sold the Denmark international attacking midfielder to Italian giants Inter for £16.9 million in January 2020 (BBC Sport).
Should Tottenham Hotspur bring back Christian Eriksen?
The Times have not mentioned the Premier League clubs who are interested in Eriksen.
Football.London have reported that Spurs are not interested in re-signing the Dane in the January transfer window.
However, in our view, Tottenham should at least approach the 29-year-old attacking midfielder.
Eriksen is a free agent at the moment and has been keeping himself fit at Swiss club FC Chiasso.

Why don’t Tottenham offer the attacking midfielder an 18-month contract?
The Times have reported that money is not a priority for a player who was earning £200,000 per week as salary at Inter.
Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte worked with Eriksen at Inter last season.
The duo won the Serie A title.
Eriksen was a big success at Tottenham and helped establish the club as Champions League regulars.
The Denmark international scored 51 goals in 226 Premier League appearances for Spurs.
Eriksen created 73 big chances in those games.
Tottenham need creativity in their midfield, and having Eriksen as an option would not hurt Conte.
