Reported Tottenham Hotspur January transfer target Adama Traore wants to join Barcelona, according to Sport.
Football.London have reported that Tottenham are working on a deal to sign Traore from Wolverhampton Wanderers on a loan deal with an obligation to make it permanent in the summer of 2022.
However, Sport are now reporting that Traore wants to move to Barcelona and has personally said that he is willing to return to Camp Nou if the conditions can be made.
The report in the Spanish publication has claimed that the Wolves winger’s agent, Jorge Mendes, is now working on a deal to get him to Barcelona.
La Liga giants Barcelona are reportedly looking at the 25-year-old to replace Ousmane Dembele, who will leave the club either in the January transfer window or in the summer of 2022.
Barcelona or Tottenham Hotspur for Adama Traore?
In our view, if Traore wants to join Barcelona, then Tottenham could miss out on the winger.

However, we can understand that there are emotional ties involved with Barcelona.
Perhaps Traore thinks that he has unfinished business at Barca.
Barcelona are aiming to rediscover their old glory under head coach Xavi, and maybe Traore could want to be a key figure in that quest.
