Tottenham Hotspur Managing Director of Football, Fabio Paratici, has raved about goalkeeper Hugo Lloris on Spurs TV.
Paratici has praised Lloris for being a model professional and has outlined what makes the Tottenham goalkeeper so good.
The Italian official has also expressed his delight that the France international goalkeeper recently extended his stay at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Lloris put pen to paper on a new two-year contract last month that will see him stay at Tottenham until 2024.
Paratici told Spurs TV about Lloris, as transcribed by Spurs-Web: “When we spoke before about character, mentality and intelligence, about ambition, this is the right example.
“He is our captain and he is the right example for everybody and the right example for the club to give to the dressing room, to give to the fans, that he has signed.
“He’s a really, really good person and a good captain. I’ve known him for a long time so I’m not surprised about his style of play or his level of play.
“But I’m really happy to know him as a person because he is one of those people that you can improve yourself by listening to, to speak to him you can improve a lot.”

Hugo Lloris is a big player for Tottenham Hotspur
In our view, Lloris deserves all the plaudits that he gets for Tottenham.
The Frenchman may be 35 now, but he is as good as ever and is not showing any signs that he is on the way down.
Lloris remains the first-choice goalkeeper at Tottenham and plays regularly under head coach Antonio Conte.
Now, of course, we know that Tottenham will eventually have to find a long-term replacement for Lloris.
After all, the Frenchman is in his mid-30s now, and for any team to grow and evolve, they need to find younger players who can replace the veterans.
However, in our opinion, Tottenham handing Lloris a new deal made sense, as he can still play a big role this season and the next at least.
