Arsenal spent £50 million to sign Lacazette from Lyon and his lack of goals has become a concern, with the latest misfire coming in a goalless draw against Chelsea.
Lacazette’s poor form has been shown up by North London rival Harry Kane, who has accelerated away in the top scorers charts over the last month.
Kane has 18 goals, averaging a strike every 99 minutes, compared to Lacazette’s eight goals, netting every 191 minutes – and these statistics via BBC Sport are Premier League games only – not taking into account the Arsenal forward’s unsuccessful game last night.
