Bayern Munich are reportedly interested in signing Eric Dier from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window.
Tottenham Hotspur fans have been discussing the future of Eric Dier on HITC Sport.
Dier has been at Tottenham since the summer of 2014 when he joined from Sporting Lisbon for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £4 million.
The 23-year-old is a very versatile footballer who can operate as a defender or as a defensive midfielder.
The England international has developed into a key player for Tottenham and has made huge progress in his game under manager Mauricio Pochettino.

United have since signed Nemanja Matic from Premier League rivals Chelsea, but in recent days Bayern Munich have been linked with a move for the Spurs star.
It has been reported by the British tabloid that Bayern are ready to make a bid of £50m in order to secure the services of the 23-year-old.
Tottenham fans have been discussing the future of Dier and have been posting comments on HITC Sport.
Below are some of the best comments:

Jason: “Sell him he’s never going to worth £50 million again!”
UK4football: “Dier can play RB, CB and DM. Just the versatility makes him invaluable for Spurs. Factor in that he’s young, still improving ad robust, 50 million is way too low to let him go for.”
Chris Teoh: “His last 20 appearances have been sub-par. The article describes him as one of the best players in the EPL. I don’t think he is even one of the best players at Spurs. Get a proper defender and a real defensive midfielder for that money. I know Poch likes him and he is Dele’s best friend but seriously, take the money and run..!!”
IwontTellYouMyName: “For £50 million you can’t buy anything nowadays. I would rather keep Dier. Ihave no idea why you people don’t rate him. I think he is a really good player.”
Gary Bekhor: “His close friend is Dele and they are in this for at least two seasons. They follow Kane. That’s our trump. They have an excellent target enhancement this season and the following that will see salaries be enhanced several times just like last season. Why would he leave a club where he is with his mates and half the England squad and a great coach. To join a team that’s unstable and can only buy not make? Come on.”
Keny Sjafudin: “Not happening.”
Laurence: “I’m afraid Dier is overrated. He was struggling to get in DM last year. Poch stuck him CB to accommodate him and he did look out of place.”
