Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur and Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United have been linked with Douglas Luiz, and it seems that they could be able to sign the Aston Villa midfielder for €35 million (£30.21 million).

It was only on June 26 that PlanetSport reported interest from Tottenham and Newcastle in Aston Villa star Luiz.
The report claimed that Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte is personally a fan of the Brazil international midfielder.
Newcastle wanted to sign Luiz in the January transfer window, and he remains on the radar of the Magpies, according to PlanetSport.
£30 million needed
Brazilian news outlet UOL are now reporting that Villa internally value Luiz at €35 million (£30.21 million).
AC Milan are reported to be interested in the 24-year-old, who was described as “unbelievable” by then Villa manager Dean Smith in The Birmingham Mail in June 2020.

Luiz has been on the books of Villa since 2019 and has done quite well for the Villans in the Premier League.
The former Manchester City midfielder has also earned nine caps for Brazil.
Luiz has scored five goals and created nine big chances in 103 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
The Brazilian made 31 starts and three substitute appearances in the league last season.
The Villa star scored two goals and gave three assists in those games.
