Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to speculation linking Spurs with Barcelona playmaker Philippe Coutinho.
What’s the story?
According to El Nacional, Tottenham and Arsenal are interested in signing Coutinho from Barcelona in the January transfer window.
It has been reported that Tottenham and Arsenal wanted to sign the former Liverpool attacking midfielder in the summer transfer window.
The Brazil international, who can also play as a winger, is still at Barcelona.
However, the Spanish and European giants hope to offload the 29-year-old in the January transfer window.
Tottenham remain interested in the former Inter Milan youngster, according to the report.

What are Tottenham Hotspur fans saying?
As you can see from the tweets below, Tottenham fans are loving the idea of having Coutinho in the team.
Well, some of them anyway.
Spurs are struggling to create chances at the moment, which is a big reason why star striker Harry Kane is not among the goals in the Premier League.

Coutinho played in the Premier League with Liverpool and scored 41 goals in 152 matches in the division.
Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino called his Brazilian compatriot “phenomenal” who has “magical powers”, as quoted on FIFA in October 2020.
The Brazilian playmaker could solve the creativity issue at Spurs.
