Tottenham and Everton want Rodrigo Becao and Torino consider the Udinese ace to be a potential replacement for in-demand Bremer.
It’s somewhat surprising to see Tottenham and Everton still being linked with central defenders.
Tottenham have swooped to add Clement Lenglet on loan from Barcelona, adding a left-footed option for Antonio Conte.
Everton have brought in James Tarkowski on a free transfer from Burnley but are still being linked with potential additions at the back.
Tottenham and Everton want Rodrigo Becao
The surprise name in the frame is Udinese defender Becao with both clubs linked of late.
Italian newspaper Messaggero Veneto claim that Everton and Tottenham have both shown an interest in Becao with Fabio Paratici again shopping in Italy.
That report claims that Torino also want to sign Becao as they see him as a potential replacement for star defender Bremer.
Tuttosport even add that contact has been made with Udinese to discuss a possible deal for Becao.
Bremer has been heavily linked with Tottenham this summer and Spurs allegedly ramped up talks for the Brazilian last month.
Plenty of other clubs are interested in Bremer too and Torino need to have potential replacements in mind.

Becao certainly makes sense as a proven Serie A defender, with the added irony that whilst Tottenham want Bremer, Torino could sign one of their alternative targets.
In truth, it’s hard to see Tottenham signing either Bremer or Becao this summer; Bremer is by far the better defender and won Serie A’s defensive MVP award last season, but Lenglet’s arrive will ease Tottenham’s need for centre backs.
As for Everton, Becao surely won’t be a priority now Tarkowski has joined – even with Gianluca Di Marzio reporting earlier this month that Everton had held talks about a deal.
Tarkowski joins Mason Holgate, Ben Godfrey, Michael Keane and Yerry Mina in Everton’s centre back pecking order, so does Frank Lampard really need another?
Becao is unlikely to be England-bound this summer but he could still land himself a transfer with a move to Torino.
