90min have reported that Tottenham will submit an opening bid for Richarlison this week.

Everton reportedly want £60 million for the Brazil international forward.
90min have added that Arsenal are among the clubs who have been in contact with Everton over signing the 25-year-old.
Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain have also been in contact with the Toffees, according to the report.
