Reported Newcastle United transfer target Timo Werner is tempted by a move from Chelsea to Barcelona, according to Sport.
Sport have reported that Chelsea forward Werner is one of the attacking players Barcelona are considering signing in the January transfer window.
The 25-year-old forward is struggling for playing time at Chelsea and wants to play more.

Barcelona’s reported interest in Werner and the Germany international’s willingness to move to Camp Nou is a blow for Newcastle.
That’s because Eddie Howe’s side are also interested in the 25-year-old forward.
Bild journalist Christian Falk reported in October that Newcastle are interested in Werner.
Now, there have not been any credible reports since about Newcastle making a move for Werner in the January transfer window.
Maybe Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) are thinking of signing Werner in the summer of 2022 when, hopefully, Newcastle will still be in the Premier League.
However, Barcelona pose a serious threat.
