Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa is reportedly looking elsewhere than Kyle Bartley.

Bartley established himself as a favourite during his season-long loan in 2016-17, even captaining Garry Monk’s side at times as they pushed for a place in the Championship play-offs. However, they finished in seventh place.
But Bielsa is seemingly not bothered by the Swansea powerhouse, as the former Rangers loanee closes in on a move to West Bromwich Albion. Instead of 27-year-old Bartley, here are three Championship centre-backs Bielsa could consider:
Harlee Dean

The Birmingham City defender was a target for Leeds last summer (The Mirror), but instead the 26-year-old moved from Brentford to the Blues, where is currently managed by Monk.
Dean has huge Championship experience – clocking up 156 appearances in England’s second tier – and his knowledge of the division would be a crucial asset alongside Sweden international Pontus Jansson.
Bailey Wright

Bristol City’s captain has less than 12 months remaining on his current contract at Ashton Gate, and could be available as part of a cut-price deal if The Robins look to avoid losing him on a free next term.
Passionate, hard-working but classy in possession and combative when required, 23-time Australia international Wright would be an excellent signing on the cheap. The 25-year-old also offers cover at right-back.
Jack O’Connell

The 24-year-old has enjoyed a fine season with Sheffield United, playing in every single Championship fixture for the Blades. It has since seen Premier League side Brighton make a £6million offer, according to The Sun.
He signed a five-year deal in 2017 with the Blades, but his performances for Chris Wilder’s side in both their League One promotion campaign and 2017-18 should not go unnoticed by Bielsa.
