Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has said that Thiago suffered an injury against Crystal Palace at Anfield today, as quoted on BBC Sport.
The Reds got the better of Palace 3-0 at home in the Premier League this afternoon.
Spain international midfielder Thiago started the match and played for 62 minutes when he was taken off.
Liverpool boss Klopp has said that the former Bayern Munich star suffered a calf injury during the game.
BBC Sport quotes Klopp as saying about Thiago: ”He felt the calf. I don’t know right now but we hope it is not too serious.”

Bad news for Liverpool
We know about the injury issues of Thiago last season.
Although the Spain international did well after he returned from injury, you could see that he was not at his best after spending a considerable amount of time on the sidelines.
Liverpool manager Klopp has already spoken about Thiago potentially exploding this season, and he will hope that the latest injury suffered by the former Barcelona star is not serious.
Thiago has done well for Liverpool so far this season, and the player himself will be bitterly disappointed if the injury he suffered today is serious.
It is also bad news for Liverpool, who need all of their best players to be fit if they are to beat Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City to the Premier League title this season.
