Hertha Berlin are reportedly keen on signing Arsenal winger Reiss Nelson on a permanent deal.
According to Neunzig Plus, the Bundesliga side are eager to sign a wide-attacker this window, and Nelson has emerged as a potential target for the Berlin club.
Nelson is not in Mikel Arteta’s long-term plans with the club as the England youth international hardly played under the Basque manager last campaign.
The attacker was once viewed as the diamond in Arsenal’s academy. However, Nelson has seen his future with the club become uncertain due to the astronomical rise of Bukayo Saka and the signing of Willian.
Indeed, Nelson is one of many Arsenal academy graduates who are allowed to leave this window. Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Eddie Nketiah and Joe Willock are available for transfer this summer.
Arsenal fans want Hertha to move for Nelson
Moreover, the winger likely to depart north London, Arsenal fans on social media are eager to see the club receive a fee for Nelson. Which is why there is an interest with Hertha now in the race for the attacker.

The Bundesliga side have resources to spend in the window. And some Arsenal fans believe that Nelson could move to Hertha for a good fee, especially with the youngster already playing in the German top-flight.
