Harry Redknapp has bigged up Leeds United youngster, Archie Gray, who is the grandson of the club’s former defender Frank and the great-nephew of Eddie.
During the recently concluded Premier League season, 16-year-old Archie was in a number of the squads, first under Marcelo Bielsa and then Jesse Marsch.
The attacking midfielder appeared in six different matchday squads over the season, which is a testament to the player at such a young age.

Liverpool’s Harvey Elliott, who was at Fulham at the time, is the Premier League’s Youngest Ever player at the age of 16 and one month.
Archie can’t beat that record now because he turned 16 in March, but if he does earn minutes next season, he still has a chance to write himself in the history books for the Whites.
Nonetheless, when talking about what Leeds could do next season, this is what Redknapp had to say about the Whites, Patrick Bamford and the Gray legends, as he told talkSPORT (14/06/22 at 9:15 am).
“I think they will be okay,” said Redknapp. “If Bamford stays fit. He’s a good player. A goalscorer. I like him. The more I saw of him, the more I got to like him. They certainly missed him. I think Leeds will be okay.
On Archie Gray: “His (Frank Gray’s) Grandson, isn’t he?! His two Grandsons actually. They tell me about his two Grandsons. One of them has been in the squad quite a few times at 16. Apparently, he has got another one at Leeds.
“It’s amazing the Gray dynasty, isn’t it?! Frank and Eddie. What a player Eddie was. He was a genius. Eddie was top-class.”

BIG CHANGES AT LEEDS THIS SUMMER
Jesse Marsch is now in charge of Leeds’ ship after they survived relegation on the final day of the Premier League season.
Whilst Bielsa will be fondly remembered for what he did at the club, it was the right time for him to move on and new ideas to be brought into the fold.
One of the obvious areas Marsch needed to fix was the lack of depth in the squad, it wouldn’t be a surprise if Leeds bring in more numbers than anybody else this summer because it’s needed.
RB Salzburg duo, Brenden Aaronson and Rasmus Kristensen, have already arrived, whilst there are suggestions Bayern Munich midfielder, Marc Roca has signed a four-year deal with the club.
