Erling Braut Haaland has a World Cup quarter-final clash against England to prepare for this weekend.

The Norway international striker has been nothing short of a revelation during this summer’s World Cup.

This is not due to his exceptional talent, which was already well known, but because of his incredible personality off the pitch.

The winners of this game will face Norway and, most importantly, Erling Haaland. Can either England or Mexico cope with the Man City striker?

Haaland scored a brace against Brazil in the last-16.

Haaland has won himself thousands of new fans, with his social media activity going down a storm during the tournament in North America.

Although the 25-year-old is at the top of his game and still potentially has another decade remaining in his career’, he is already making plans for life after soccer.

What Erling Haaland plans to do after retiring from soccer

Haaland’s social media activity has surpassed the GTA 6 announcement from 2023, with fans lapping up his posts across all platforms.

The Manchester City and Norway striker is catching everyone’s attention, but Haaland is planning for a much simpler life after hanging up his boots.

“Being on a farm, driving a tractor, feeding my cows. That’s my dream. That’s what I want to do when I retire,” he previously told the media.

Haaland was actually born in Leeds, England, but moved to Bryne, Norway at an early age to his parents’ hometown.

If he is to return to Bryne after his playing days are done, Haaland will certainly have plenty of countryside to set up his retirement plans.

A huge six-hour drive away from capital city Oslo, Bryne provides plenty of green space right on the edge of the North Sea.

However, his retirement is still a long way away.
