Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has said on ESPN FC that Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea will challenge the Reds and Manchester City for the Premier League title next season.
Klopp believes that Chelsea are “incredibly strong” and expects the Blues to compete for the Premier League title.
The German boss has pointed out that Liverpool found it tough against Chelsea last season, outlining that the Blues are a very good side.

Klopp said on ESPN FC: “When we played them, we didn’t win one game against them. And that’s not because we were bad that day.
“No, we were really good in those games, 90 minutes, in the end with the penalty shootout we could win it, but in 90 minutes, we didn’t. So that shows you Chelsea are incredibly strong.”

Exciting Premier League title race
In our view, the 2022-23 Premier League title race will be very exciting, and we expect Chelsea to push Liverpool and Manchester City all the way.
Liverpool and Manchester City have been the best two teams in England for the past four or five years, but Chelsea are still there.
Now, we know that the Blues did not have a great campaign in the Premier League last season, but the former UEFA Champions League winners will be determined to bounce back.
Chelsea have new owners now, and they will surely be looking to make an immediate impact and assure the Stamford Bridge faithful that they plan to keep the team as successful as they have been in years gone by.
