Spurs manager Nuno Espirito Santo is reportedly eager to sign Spanish attacker Adama Traore from Wolves.

According to the Telegraph, Tottenham are considering a £40m offer for the winger. Traore was impressive against Spurs over the weekend. However, the north London side were able to claim a 1-0 win.

With over a week of the window left to go, Tottenham are still in the market to bring in more players. Nuno has so far gone big on the likes of Bryan Gil and Cristian Romero.

However, any incomings could depend on the future of Harry Kane. As per the Telegraph, Manchester City are poised to make one last attempt to sign the Spurs striker. The Premier League champions are eager to bring in the England captain.

Indeed, Traore could be a solid addition for Spurs this summer. With Erik Lamela leaving for Sevilla, there is a spot in the Tottenham squad for an extra winger to be signed.

And the Wolves star could flourish in the Spurs, with Traore proving to be one of the most direct wide-players in the Premier League during his time under Nuno.
