Babacar has caught the attention of newly-promoted Middlesbrough but could come with a hefty price tag.
Babacar is reportedly attracting the interest of Middlesbrough
Newly promoted Premier League side Middlesbrough are set to enter the race for Fiorentina youngster Khouma Babacar, according Italian website Gazetta World.
Boro, who have returned to the top flight of English football following a seven-year absence, are reportedly keen to add some firepower to their front-line, and could now make a move for the 23-year-old.

Fellow Serie A side Sassuolo are also thought to be interested, while Everton had reportedly lined up the Senegalese striker as a possible replacement for Romelu Lukaku.

After a promising start at the Stadio Artemio Franchi, Babacar has seemingly fallen out of favour with coach Paulo Sousa, leaving Fiorentina ready to cash in this summer.

If Boro are to make a bid, they may well have to part with at least €15 million to secure his signature.
After making his debut as a 16-year-old in January 2010 against Chievo in the Coppa Italia, Babacar made 18 appearances the following season, before establishing himself in the 2014/15 campaign by netting seven times in 20 games.
