Sunderland midfielder Bali Mumba is reportedly wanted by Chelsea and Manchester City.

It has been reported by the British tabloid that both Chelsea and City had scouts present to watch the 17-year-old in action against Halifax in the FA Youth Cup on Wednesday.
The Citizens are reported to be willing to pay £2.5 million for the talented and promising young midfielder.
According to The Sun, Sunderland could cash in on the teenager and use the money to invest in the squad in the January transfer window.
As reported by HITC Sport earlier this week, Mumba has agreed on his first professional contract with the Black Cats.

Promising talent
Mumba has already played for the Sunderland first team, and there is no doubt that he has a bright future ahead of him.
With Premier League giants Chelsea and City reportedly interested in him, it could be too tempting to resist for the English youngster.
Sunderland, though, should weigh the pros and cons of selling Mumba before making a final decision.
