Streamer Neon says Kevin Durant has directly denied the recent burner account claims.

Online speculation intensified after screenshots from an X account were circulated and linked by some users to Durant.

The posts allegedly included criticism of other NBA players, reigniting conversation around burner accounts. Neon publicly addressed the situation in Durant’s defense.

Burner account allegations gain traction online

An account labeled by users as @gethigher77 began trending as screenshots spread across social media.

Some observers suggested the posts were connected to Durant, though no verified evidence has confirmed that claim.

The discussion gathered momentum partly due to Durant’s past involvement in burner account controversy. Despite the noise, the current screenshots remain unverified.

Durant has not released a public statement regarding the allegations. That absence left space for third-party responses.

Neon insists Durant told him the claims are false

During a recent stream, Neon said he communicated directly with Durant about the account in question. He rejected the speculation outright.

“That’s not him,” Neon stated.

He also said Durant told him the allegations were untrue and added, “He would never do some s— like that. It’s not the type of guy he is.”

Neon’s remarks quickly circulated among NBA fans as debate continued. Until Durant addresses the matter publicly or definitive proof emerges, the claims remain unconfirmed.
