Tottenham are reportedly preparing a bid for Hull City youngster Keane Lewis-Potter, who has starred in the Championship this season.
According to Hull Live, Spurs are plotting an offer for the 20-year-old winger in the coming days. Lewis-Potter is regarded as one of the top prospects in the second-tier this campaign, and Tottenham are now set to bid for the attacker.
Lewis-Potter has hit six goals and four assists in all competitions this campaign, and as per the report, Tottenham will loan the attacker back to Hull should a deal be completed for the left-sided forward.
As per the Athletic, Hull youth coach Craig Fagan has likened Lewis-Potter to Real Madrid superstar Eden Hazard, who joined the club in 2019 for a reported fee of £150m according to BBC Sport.
The Hull coach said: “He’s similar to how Eden Hazard plays, with that low centre of gravity, coming inside and shooting. He’s not as good as Hazard by any stretch of the imagination at this point but he’s got the skills and abilities to be striving towards that.”
With West Ham also chasing the attacker, Tottenham could move fast to wrap up a deal for Lewis-Potter, who could be a welcome addition to the squad after an impressive season in the Championship.
Lewis-Potter could be Tottenham’s next EFL success story

Tottenham have a long and storied history of signing players from the EFL, and Lewis-Potter could well be the next player to make the leap to Spurs and make a name for themselves with the north London side.
Dele Alli, before his downfall, was a bargain signing from League One side MK Dons. And Lewis-Potter could easily follow in the footsteps of the England international should Tottenham make the move for the Championship club.
