Erling Haaland is one of the biggest stars in world football and is currently competing at the 2026 World Cup with Norway.
Despite struggling to even qualify for the tournament in the past, the Scandinavian nation have won their opening two group games, with Haaland scoring an impressive four goals in the process.
In the midst of taking time out of shining for his country at the World Cup, the Premier League striker recently attended an NHL game and has now opened up on his experience.

USA national anthem gave Erling Haaland goosebumps at NHL game
Speaking via his own YouTube channel, Haaland expressed his admiration for how much Americans love their country.
He added that the national anthem, in particular, was incredible and gave him goosebumps.
Haaland stated: “They have so much like pride for the country. They love the country so much. It’s everything about it. The national anthem was incredible. Amazing. I had goosebumps all over.”
But the Manchester City and Norway striker is not the only soccer player who has been taking in the American culture while competing at the World Cup.
The Kansas City Royals recently sent a message to the England World Cup team after they attended an MLB match, which saw manager Thomas Tuchel throwing pitches and custom England jerseys made for the Three Lions.
Elsewhere, 8,000 Scottish fans took over a US baseball game in Miami ahead of their meeting with Brazil.
But while the Europeans are trying their best to fit in while in the USA, England striker Ollie Watkins recently got in hot water for wearing the wrong NFL jersey.
He brought a Dallas Cowboys jersey into Kansas last week and was told, ‘You can’t wear that around here’.
