West Ham United conceded a last-minute equaliser against Crystal Palace today.

West Ham currently find themselves deep in trouble, sitting precariously in 16th position in the Premier League table, after their woeful return of just nine points from their opening 10 league outings.

And the manner in which they threw all three points away at Selhurst Park will be a massive concern for not only Bilic, but for the Hammers faithful as well.
And the Croatian addressed the media during his post-match press conference, highlighting how he tried to implement a plan at half-time for his players to exploit the space behind the Eagles’ defence, as quoted by WHUFC.com:

“Things were very good for us, we knew we had 45 minutes to play where they were going to take more risks and play more direct so we wanted to keep our shape but also explore the space that would leave behind – unfortunately we didn’t do it.”
