Dharmesh Sheth says ‘as it stands’ Leeds United, Wolves, Crystal Palace and West Ham United January transfer target, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, will ‘stay’ at Manchester United.
The Sky reporter was backed up by Kaveh Solhekol, who spoke about Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s change in form at Manchester United under Erik ten Hag since the return to domestic football following the break for the World Cup.
There are a host of clubs in England that are keen on the defensive-minded right-back if he does leave this month, in recent weeks it was suggested that Wolves were leading the race for his signature, but Jesse Marsch’s Leeds United also want him.

Diogo Dalot has been outstanding for Manchester United this season and he still seems to be the number-one choice right back, especially ahead of the Manchester derby on Saturday.
Against Charlton in the League Cup quarter-finals on Tuesday night, he was taken off in the first half for precautionary measures.
Either way, this Wan-Bissaka situation could prove to be an interesting one this month, with Sky transfer experts Solhekol and Sheth sharing an update, as they told The Transfer Show on Sky Sports News (11/01/23).
“Wolves are interested in signing him,” said Solhekol. “Question marks about his future at Manchester United. There was talk that he could be leaving.
“He has options. He has been linked with a return to Crystal Palace. As far as Aaron Wan-Bissaka is concerned, he has been playing really, really well for Manchester United since he got back into the side. He came on as a sub against Charlton as well.
“I got a sense from what Dharmesh (Sheth) was saying that Aaron Wan-Bissaka could stay at the club because Erik ten Hag had been impressed with the way he had come back into the side.
“I think Wolves were very, very interested a couple of weeks ago. I think that interest is still there. They are looking at other options as well. A couple of weeks ago, you would have said that Aaron Wan-Bissaka is definitely leaving Manchester United. I am not so sure that’s the case.”
Sheth added: “As it stands, I think he is staying, that’s as it stands. There is still time in this transfer window.”

WAN-BISSAKA SHOULD LEAVE
The issue the 25-year-old has is that Manchester United aren’t just going to let him leave without bringing in a replacement.
But, either way, he needs regular starts in order to prove his worth in the Premier League again, with all of the above teams from Palace to West Ham in need of his defensive talents.
Wan-Bissaka probably suits Wolves and West Ham more because of their more defensive style, but perhaps he favours a return to Palace or can those in the Leeds boardroom steal a march on their rivals and add another name to their ranks this month?
Whatever happens, the player can’t be heading into next season again with hardly any minutes under his belt because it’s just stagnating his progression.
