Barjonas left Rangers in the summer to join English side Bury on loan.

Rangers youngster Serge Atakayi has pleaded with midfielder Jamie Barjonas to “come home” on Instagram as the latter remains on loan with English side Bury.
Atakayi, 19, made his debut for Rangers last time out in the 7-1 win over Motherwell, coming on as a substitute before having to be replaced due to injury. He later posted on Instagram a picture of himself in a protective boot.
But Barjonas, also 19, has failed to replicate that kind of development as he struggles for game time with English League Two side Bury. The midfielder has managed just four League Two substitute appearances, clocking up 24 minutes.
Barjonas posted a picture on Instagram that saw the midfielder lose his shorts during Bury’s impressive 3-1 win over Fleetwood Town, as he started the match in the middle of the park.
His performance was promising and it may see Bury manager Ryan Lowe hand him a chance in Saturday’s clash against Stevenage, in what would be his first league start and only fifth League Two appearance so far.
Atakayi responded to Barjonas’ Instagram, commenting “come back”. The midfielder will not be long separated from Atakayi, as his loan expires on January 1.
