The Rangers winger made his debut for Steven Gerrard’s side at Ibrox on Sunday.

Rangers’ Serge Atakayi hopes to be back playing soon despite being pictured wearing a protective boot on Monday.
The young Ibrox winger made his first team bow during Sunday’s 7-1 win against Motherwell, but was forced off minutes after coming on.
Afterwards, Steven Gerrard suggested Rangers could be without Atakayi for ‘a short time’ and, despite his unwanted new wheels, the Finland Under-19 international seemed fairly upbeat when posting on his Instagram story earlier.
“Thank you everyone for messages. I hope that I get back soon and stronger”, he wrote.

Atakayi joined Rangers from FF Jaro in 2016, six years after he moved to Finland from his native Democratic Republic of Congo.
The 19-year-old has had to bide his time until then, but took advantage of Daniel Candeias’s suspension and injuries to Ryan Kent and Jamie Murphy to make the bench against Motherwell.
Rangers tied Atakayi to a new two-year contract earlier this year.
When fit, can Atakayi become a permanent fixture in Rangers’ first team?
