Serena Williams picks who she thinks will win the F1 World Championships in 2026

Serena Williams is one of tennis’ greatest-ever players, but her cultural impact has comfortably transcended just the sport she played.

After all, such is her fame and legacy, the American superstar is welcomed wherever she pleases, whether that be in the music scene, fashion events or even other sports.

Formula One is no different in wanting her inclusion, and actually made her a part of their recent post asking celebrities their pick for this year’s champion.

Her answer was short but emphatic.

Whilst actor Terry Crews opted for Cadillac, and darts sensation Luke Littler backed Lando Norris to go back-to-back, Serena’s pick aligned with stars like Odell Beckham Jr, Nina Dobrev and Roberto Carlos.

After all, as the F1 admin themselves said, Lewis Hamilton proved a popular pick.

The Ferrari driver joined the Scuderia for his first year in 2025, but struggled to adapt in what was a largely inconsistent car.

He finished sixth in the championship, 86 points behind teammate Charles Leclerc.
