Is Fabinho fit for Champions League final? Well, that’s the question all Liverpool supporters want to know.
The Brazilian midfielder suffered a suspected hamstring injury in Tuesday evening’s 2-1 victory away to Aston Villa, as the Reds kept alive their hopes of winning the Premier League title.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp said after the game that he was unsure about the severity of the problem.
The Anfield outfit take on Real Madrid in Paris on May 28 and, of course, Chelsea at Wembley in the FA Cup final on Saturday.
That one might come too soon for the former Monaco powerhouse but, with the Premier League title all but gone after Manchester City’s 5-1 victory away to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Wednesday, Klopp definitely needs him back for the date with Carlo Ancelotti’s side in a couple of weeks.
It remains to be seen if Fabinho will be available yet, but one Brazilian midfielder is flying to the French capital, it seems.

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson admitted that his injury was a ‘disappointment‘ at Villa Park, but there’s been a promising update since.
Brazil have included Fabinho in their squad for friendlies with South Korea and Japan next month which might indicate that they have inside information relating to the severity of the problem.
If he’s going to be fit for those two games, he might well be available to face Real Madrid a week earlier.
