New York Knicks destroy San Antonio Spurs at the NBA Summer League

The NBA offseason is in full flow, including the Summer League, where most teams tend to give chances to their young stars.

Speaking of the Summer League, the Knicks and Spurs locked horns in a highly anticipated game post the NBA Finals. For what it’s worth, the Spurs absolutely tormented their Eastern Conference rivals.

After the final buzzer, the Knicks were handed a 49-70 loss in the Summer League. For the Spurs, Carter Bryant and Ja’Kobi Gillespie combined for 33 points as New York had no answer for the duo.

The win must have felt good for Spurs fans after the humiliation in the 2026 NBA Finals, but nothing major should be made of it as it was just a Summer League game.
