Richarlison has hailed Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur transfer target Endrick Felipe and claimed the rising wonderkid is someone who will be playing in Europe in ‘two years’, as he told COPA90.

The 16-year-old is currently donning the colours of Brazil giants Palmeiras and Richarlison compared the striker to former Inter Milan star, Adriano.

Arsenal have already dipped into the South American market and plucked out some gems for the club – Gabriel Martinelli is currently a prime example, whilst Marquinhos was signed during the 2022 summer transfer window from Sao Paulo.

And it seems as though they could add another highly-talented player to their ranks, but this time they will have serious competition on their hands.

Both Tottenham and Arsenal are looking at adding Endrick to their ranks – and Palmeiras are seemingly putting a £62 million price tag on his head amid interest from Europe’s elite.

Whether it’s in 12 months or further down the line, it seems as though Endrick is destined for Europe, as Richarlison backed up.

“I think Endrick (impresses me),” said Richarlison. “He’s playing in Palmeiras. He’s very strong. Same as Adriano.

“Good player. I watch him play in the national team. I think in two years, he will be playing in Europe.”

ENDRICK MAKING NOISES FROM BRAZIL…

Vinicius Jr was another player that came from Brazil with big expectations on his shoulders and now he is rubbing shoulders with some of the best at Real Madrid.

When he first arrived, there was a rawness to his game, but being coached by Carlo Ancelotti has helped transform the 2022 Champions League winner.

There seems to be a lot of noise around Endrick, and with the numbers he is hitting in his homeland, it’s understandable why.

He has five goals in four games for Brazil’s U17s and has six in seven matches for Palmeiras U20s this season.
