AFC Fiorentina have turned down a bid from Atletico Madrid for Dusan Vlahovic, who Tottenham are also keen on.
Fabrizio Romano posted on Twitter that a bid had ‘definitely’ been turned down from the Serie A side for the Serbian international. Moreover, the Sky Sports Italia reporter says that Spurs’ interest in Vlahovic is ‘genuine’.
The north London side are keen to sign an attacker this window. Indeed, Vlahovic has emerged as the main target for the position for Tottenham.
Harry Kane’s future is up in the air as we head into the final days of the transfer market. And the 21-year-old could replace the England captain.
However, other clubs are keen on the striker. Atletico are eager to add Vlahovic to their ranks as the La Liga side aim to retain their league title.
Manchester City have also been linked with the Vlahovic over the past few weeks as an alternative to Kane, who could leave Tottenham.

Whilst reports suggest that Vlahovic would be brought in to play alongside Kane at Tottenham, it is more realistic that the Serbian attacker will only be signed if the 28-year-old striker departs this window.
The attacker has been subject to a £125m offer from City as reported by the Telegraph. However, Daniel Levy turned down the bid, with the Spurs chairman eager to retain Kane this summer.
