Tottenham Hotspur have completed an agreement to sign Hajduk Split defender Luka Vuskovic – even though he can’t play until 2025.
Croatian wonderkid Luka Vuskovic will be joining Tottenham Hotspur with an agreement now in place.
That is according to Fabrizio Romano, who reports that Tottenham have ‘completed the agreement’ to sign Vuskovic.
Romano broke the story of Tottenham being close to signing Vuskovic just two weeks ago.
It was suggested that Spurs had moved in to beat the competition for Vuskovic – and a deal is now in place.

Luka Vuskovic to Tottenham given ‘here we go’
Romano now reports that Tottenham have a full agreement in place for Vuskovic to join.
It’s stated that the deal is now ‘all sealed’ between Tottenham and Hajduk, as well as between Spurs and Vuskovic.
Romano notes that Vuskovic will join Tottenham in 2025, meaning he may well stay at Hajduk until then rather than be loaned elsewhere.
Premier League clubs can’t sign foreign players under the age of 18 due to regulations in a post-Brexit world.
Vuskovic is only 16 so will now have to wait a couple of years before playing for Tottenham – but what a show of faith this is from Tottenham.

Tottenham land a major coup in Vuskovic
Vuskovic has emerged as a top wonderkid having been playing first-team football for Hajduk at just 16.
Romano stated on the Here We Go podcast earlier this month that a host of other clubs wanted Vuskovic.
It was stated that Vuskovic had been targeted by Manchester City but decided he only wanted to join Tottenham.
90min suggested that Barcelona and Bayern Munich had held talks too but the teenager made his decision clear – Tottenham was the club for him.
Beating those clubs to a signing is huge for Tottenham and especially for a wonderkid like Vuskovic, who could go on to become a superstar.
