Wonderkid Romaine Mundle has been spotted training with the Tottenham Hotspur first-team ahead of their blockbuster clash against Man City on Sunday.

Antonio Conte’s side will be hoping to make a better impression of themselves against Pep Guardiola’s men after their recent 4-2 defeat, especially with the January additions of Arnaut Danjuma and Pedro Porro.

And it seems that apart from the big-hitters, a certain Romaine Mundle could also potentially be involved against Man City, as he has been pictured training with the Tottenham senior team.

Of course, this is not the first instance in which the talented winger, who is just 19 years of age has trained with the Spurs first-team.

However, it is rather exciting to discover that Romaine Mundle has been called up to training as Tottenham prepare to face Man City.

After all, the upcoming contest is one that could decide the Premier League title race once and for all, while it could further dampen the club’s chances of securing Champions League football next season.

While it is unlikely that Romaine Mundle will feature on the pitch against Man City, him being a part of the training sessions in the build-up to the clash could lead to a spot on the bench.

Signs that Romaine Mundle is seen as one for the future at Tottenham

Described as a ‘very technical’ player by Superhotspur, there is no denying that the young Englishman is extremely naturally talented.

However, Conte has a number of wingers at his disposal, such as Son Heung-min, Dejan Kulusevski, Arnaut Danjuma and Lucas Moura.

While Romaine Mundle is likely to either watch Tottenham face Man City from the sidelines or from the comfort of his own home, him training with the side ahead of a big game is testament to how highly rated he is within the club’s camp.
