Rio Ferdinand has shared what he has heard about Roberto De Zerbi amid rumours linking him with Tottenham Hotspur.
De Zerbi has been linked with becoming the permanent Tottenham manager at the end of the season.
The Italian is now in charge of Brighton and Hove Albion.
The 43-year-old was appointed the Brighton boss earlier in the season after Graham Potter left for Chelsea.
Potter is no longer the manager of Chelsea.
De Zerbi has taken Brighton to another level, and there is a very good chance that the Seagulls will play in an European competition next season.
Brighton are seventh in the Premier League table at the moment with 49 points from 29 matches.
The Seagulls are only seven points behind fourth-placed Newcastle United, who have played 30 games.
Brighton are just four points behind Tottenham in fifth.
Spurs have played 31 games.
So, there is no surprise that the former Sassuolo boss has been linked with Tottenham.
Journalist Dean Jones has told GiveMeSport that Tottenham like De Zerbi and have him on their radar.
The Telegraph have reported that Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy likes the Italian and is going to make background checks on him.

Ferdinand said about De Zerbi on his YouTube channel: “He has been a revelation.
“I have spoken to some guys at Brighton, some people at the hierarchy and also the players.
“They cannot believe the standard of coaching, the detail, unreal man, seriously, the players love him, the players love him, man.”
