According to Bild, Serge Gnabry is not open to a move to any London club other than Arsenal due to his history with the Gunners.

This comes after it was claimed that both Arsenal and Chelsea are keen on the Germany international, but it looks like the Blues are now out of this race.

Indeed, as a product of Arsenal’s academy, Gnabry isn’t willing to join another team within London, and that puts the Gunners ahead of the Blues in the race for his signature.

However, there is a third option within the Premier League that could provide a twist in this tale.

According to Bild, Manchester City are also interested in Gnabry, and while Gnabry won’t move to another London club due to his Arsenal affiliations, that shouldn’t affect his stance if Manchester City come in for him.

Unfortunately for the Gunners, when City come calling it’s hard to turn them down and with Raheem Sterling on his way to Chelsea, it’s fair to assume that the reigning Premier League champions may well be in the market for a new winger this summer.

As we know, Arsenal are also keen on

Arsenal remain keen on Gnabry, and while the German clearly has a lot of love for Arsenal, it’s hard to imagine the Gunners beating Manchester City in a head-to-head transfer race if it comes down to it.

Chelsea are seemingly out of the equation, but keep an eye on City or Arsenal making a move for the ‘world-class’ attacker.
